Human Resources Volunteer (Referral)

The St. Vincent de Paul HR department is looking for a committed volunteer to support our team! This volunteer must be prepared to volunteer once a week for 2 hours per week. Tasks will include:
 

• Learning & Development Assistance: 
  • Scheduling and setting up training sessions, preparing training materials and resources, ADP administration for the LMS library as we transition some of the in-person facilitation for compliance. 
  • Establishing database of key learning activities for managers/directors 
• Assisting with internal HR comms 
• HR Administration and files 
• Employee feedback for New Hire Surveys and Exit Interviews in ADP 
• Help develop employer branding materials (videos, testimonials) 
  • Storytelling & Social Media 
  • Feature employees sharing why they love working here & their success stories on Linked In and Facebook to show our culture 
  • Day in the life work stories for a behind the scenes look at work 
  • Celebrate employee achievements 
  • Highlight our career development focus as it progresses
