Volunteer Events Project Manager

Are you passionate about event planning and looking to gain hands-on experience? The Underline is seeking a volunteer Events Project Manager to help lead and grow community events that bring people together around culture, wellness, and connection. 

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the planning and execution of select events

• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and day-of needs

• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and community partners

• Support outreach and promotion efforts

• Ensure smooth event flow and meaningful participant experience

Ideal Volunteer:

• Interested in gaining experience in event production, hospitality, or nonprofit programming

• Highly organized and comfortable leading a project from start to finish

• Enjoys working with diverse teams and engaging with the community

• Able to commit a few flexible hours per week (hybrid or in-person preferred)
