NCC Stuffing Backpacks Party ONE DAY ONLY

Brief Organizational Description: 
NCC will host a stuffing party on July 30, 2025 to stuff clear backpacks for the back to school rally. 

Lcoation: John Marshall High School

Time: 6:30pm-8:45pm

Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
We will unpack boxes filled with backpacks, school supplies, and other informational school related items to sort and then pack into the backpacks. 

Volunteer Duties & Responsibilities:
Volunteers will be sorting, unpacking, unloading Uhaul trucks, if applicable, moving tables, etc

Time Commitment:
6:30pm-8:45pm

Other Information (if applicable):

• How volunteer hours will be verified (eg, attendance marked in system or need to bring a volunteer log)

• Recommended attire: Dress comfortably with comfortable shoes

• Parking information: in the lot near the gym and the football. Not behind the school

• Anything volunteers need to bring: water if needed
