Organizational Strategy for Out Montclair

Our social programs and events have been successful overall, but we have lost a significant number of sponsors that are crucial for continuing our programming. Our Executive Director initially led our organization to a highly successful and well-attended Pride Festival. Our third Pride event attracted over 30,000 attendees, but we did not raise enough funds to cover past debts, salaries, and contractor payments.

In short, we need to reorganize and operate at a minimum level to ensure the organization's survival in the future. Currently, there is no clear path forward for recovery, regrouping, and sustainability. Interest areas: Executive leadership, Management, Strategy consulting. (via catchafire.org)
