Subject: Request for Pro Bono DEI Training for Our Nonprofit Organization

We are an LGBTQIA+ 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for our staff, volunteers, and Board of Trustees.

To further this commitment, we are seeking the expertise of a DEI training professional, specifically someone who can bring a non-white perspective to the training. We believe that engaging with diverse voices is essential for creating a deep and meaningful understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the LGBTQIA+ community we serve, as well as in the broader community that includes our allies and the general public.

Our goal is to provide our team with the knowledge and tools necessary to cultivate an inclusive culture that reflects the communities we serve.
