Subject: Request for Pro Bono DEI Training for Our Nonprofit Organization

We are an LGBTQIA+ 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for our staff, volunteers, and Board of Trustees.

To further this commitment, we are seeking the expertise of a DEI training professional, specifically someone who can bring a non-white perspective to the training. We are seeking someone who has working and training experience in diversity issues in the United States

Our goal is to provide our team with the knowledge and tools necessary to cultivate an inclusive culture that reflects the communities we serve. We aim to enhance our team's awareness, understanding, and ability to address issues of bias and inequity.
