About this Opportunity
Do you enjoy working with the public? Love to share your knowledge of birds? Astronomy? Edible mushrooms? Fort Parker State Park is looking for volunteers to assist with educational programming. This position does not require any prior training or education. We have volunteer opportunities for every level. Assist park staff in leading kayaking, hiking, arts'n'crafts, and other nature-themed activities OR lead your own preapproved program to share your passion for nature. Dates and times are flexible.
