About this Opportunity
The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is looking for volunteers with customer service skills to help check out customers after shopping. Volunteers are responsible for tallying up and bagging customers purchases and handling small cash transactions. Basic math calculation skills are needed but there is a adding machine available for assistance. Other duties are straightening and putting out new merchandise.
Volunteers are asked work one 3.5 hour shift a month but can always sign up for more shifts.
There are various shifts available:
Monday 1pm-4pm
Tuesday 12pm-6pm
Thursday 10am-4pm
Friday 1pm-4pm
Saturday 11am-2pm
Volunteers will be provided with training.
