Crypto Impact Potential- Legal Compliance Manager-CrowdDoing

CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.

Legal Compliance Manager will partner with a lawyer who is co-leading this.

This is an unpaid volunteer position.

Tasks:

• Develop and maintain the organizations compliance policies and programs .
• Coordinate with cross-functional team leaders to understand their requirements and design controls to mitigate compliance risks.
• Identify compliance risks and report to the Compliance Committee as appropriate.
• Conduct internal audits and manage metrics to monitor the health of compliance programs.
• Identify, measure, and report on control deficiencies in the organization.
• Work with the legal team to provide support as needed for organizational management.
• Manage the organizations document management system of policies and processes.

Skills:

• Professional experience in compliance management preferred.
• Strong leadership skill and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong attention to details and capable to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive compliance data.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills especially for non-compliance audiences.
• Excellent project management skill and able to multitask efficiently.
