SET UP Volunteers Needed for The Urban League's 11th Annual Unity Picnic

The Urban League of Greater Madison is looking for at least 15 volunteers to help us prepare for one of the most anticipated community events of the summer - the 11th Annual Unity Picnic, happening Saturday, July 26, 2025 at our South Park Street Central Office.

We need helping hands to assist with event setup for both our VIP Reception and the general picnic celebration. Volunteers will help with:

• Setting up and moving tents

• Arranging folding tables and chairs

• Placing signage and decorations

• Assisting with prep for the VIP reception

Some volunteers may also be asked to support early needs during the VIP event.

Available Shifts:
Friday, July 25 - Prior Day Setup
4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Saturday, July 26 - VIP Reception Setup
8:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Saturday, July 26 - General Picnic Setup
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
