MAIN EVENT Volunteers Needed for The Urban League's 11th Annual Unity Picnic

Join the Urban League of Greater Madison for one of the citys most vibrant summer traditions - the 11th Annual Unity Picnic, happening Saturday, July 26, 2025, at our Central Office on South Park Street.

Were looking for Main Event Volunteers to help us make this day an incredible success. From food service to hospitality to keeping things clean and running smoothly, your help ensures that everyone who attends has an unforgettable experience.

Volunteer Roles Include:

• Serving food and beverages

• Supporting fun activities (games, face painting, etc.)

• Helping guests with directions and questions

• General event support

• Cleanup and reset

Shifts Available:
Saturday, July 26, 2025

• 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM

• 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  (You can sign up for one or both shifts.)
