About this Opportunity
Garden Volunteer Calling experienced gardeners who would like to volunteer in a historic garden! The Museum of American Heritage is looking for garden volunteers to help us tend to our garden. Some experience gardening is preferred. This opportunity is available on Tuesday mornings from 10am to 12pm. Not available on Tuesday mornings, but still want to volunteer? We offer additional days and times once orientation is complete. Following completion of orientation, you may volunteer at your own time and leisure. We offer short term tasks to long term projects, depending on your preference.
Benefits Work in the beautiful and historic gardens surrounding the Williams House. Learn about the history of the plants that are original to the house. Contribute to gardens enjoyed by visitors year-round MOAH requires all volunteers to be 16 years or older, sign a waiver and show proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to volunteer.
