As a Patient Outreach and Administrative Support Volunteer, you'll play a crucial role in helping our patients stay on top of their healthcare needs. From appointment reminders to ensuring access to vital resources, your contributions will help create a welcoming and organized experience for everyone we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Help patients feel cared for by reaching out with friendly reminders about upcoming appointments.
- Be a bridge for Spanish Speaking patients by assisting with Charity Care follow ups, providing them with the information they need to access care confidently.
- Support our healthcare team by managing lab results and ensuring everything is accurately tracked in our EMR system.

Ideal Qualifications:
