Peoples Clinic Big Tent Event

This event is held during National Health Center Week and is centered around giving back to the Waterloo community, and it's an opportunity for our clinic to promote our resources as well. The volunteer(s) could assist with setting up the event, facilitating the event, and tearing down the event so that the event runs smoothly for the community members.

Responsibilities:

Setting up the event -- assist with: setting up tables, distributing bags to tables, setting up stations for the event, and/or assisting with vendors check-in. Facilitating the event -- assist with: monitoring the kids craft, running the food serving station, and/or checking in with vendors. Tearing down the event -- assist with: tearing down tables, cleaning up trash, and/or moving things back to building.

Qualifications:

Age requirement: 15+; not accessible to people with disabilities.

Other attributes:

Closed-toe shoes preferred, food will be provided.
