Event Setup and/or Tear Down

Dubuque Main Street hosts many events each year. We are looking for volunteers to help us set up and tear down the largest of these events. The work includes but is not limited to, lifting up to 50lbs, assembly of beverage stations x2, cleaning tables, putting out garbage bins, putting trash bags into garbage bins, loading and unloading equipment, erecting the stage, putting up tents, the reverse for teardown.

Each event is a little different in terms of duties. Take a look at the dates and times below and let us know if you're available...

They are:

DUBUQUE FARMERS MARKET
6:30AM Saturday mornings May through September. 7:30AM Saturday mornings in October.
> Volunteers arrive promptly at their assigned time to set up seating around the market.
12PMSaturday afternoons May through October.
> Volunteers arrive promptly at their assigned time to take down seating around the market.

DUBUQUE ALL THAT JAZZ June 6, 2025
> This event starts setup at 9am Friday and concludes around 12am Saturday. We need help in all facets of event setup and tear down. We appreciate any number of hours you can help.
