About this Opportunity
Finance Intern
Finance Interns develop office skills by assisting the members of the finance staff by providing aid with admin work. The Finance Intern will be responsible for admin work including: filing, faxing, scanning, preparing spread sheets and data entry. Volunteers may be required to use PeachTree, for which training will be provided. Volunteers must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
This position will be under the supervision of the Accounting Manager and located at Neighborhood Health 6677 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA 22305.
To qualify: you must be at least 18 years old or 16 years or older with a parent signature, agree to a background check, comply to all HIPAA regulation, and be willing to learn and work towards a common goal.
The position requires a two day per week commitment averaging about 10 hours weekly.
