Elders in nursing and assisted living facilities need your advocacy to assure the highest level of resident rights, quality of care and quality of life.Certified Ombudsman Volunteer Representatives make a difference in individual lives by visiting a facility weekly and offering support, empowerment and representation through advocacy.
