Volunteer Role: Wellspring Associate Board Member
Overview:
Are you a passionate professional looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Join the Wellspring Associate Board and help support children and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
About the Associate Board:
The Associate Board is a group of emerging leaders who serve as ambassadors for Wellspring Family Services. Members support our mission through advocacy, fundraising, and volunteer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an ambassador for Wellspring in your community and network
Attend meetings regularly (9 10 hour-long meetings a year including some joint meetings with the Wellspring Board of Directors or committees)
Help plan and support fundraising events and initiatives
Volunteer at and promote Wellspring events and donation drives
Support outreach and awareness efforts through social media and personal connections
Ideal Candidates:
Young professionals or emerging community leaders
Passionate about supporting families and children in crisis
Strong communicators and team players
Willing to make a one-year commitment
Excited to contribute time, creativity, and energy to Wellsprings mission
Time Commitment:
9 10 hour-long meetings a year average, including meetings, event planning, and outreach

Impact:
As a member of the Associate Board, you will play a vital role in advancing Wellsprings mission. Your involvement will help provide safe housing, essential supplies, and early learning services to families in crisis. By mobilizing your network, you'll generate support for life-changing programs that uplift children and promote long-term stability. Youll also serve as a champion for equity, dignity, and opportunity for some of our communitys most vulnerable neighbors.
