Curbside Market Volunteers

The White Bear Area Food Shelf is looking for volunteers to assist with the setup and distribution of our daily Curbside Pick-Up program for neighbors. There are 3 different volunteer opportunities:

• Stocker - Mon/Tue 2:00-3:30pm, Wed-Fri 9:00-10:30am - bag fresh produce and stock items into the market in preparation for distribution
• Greeter - Mon/Tue 3:45-7:15pm, Wed-Fri 10:45am-2:15pm - pickup food order forms from neighbors' cars in the parking lot, and once filled, push the shopping carts out to each car. This role involves a fair amount of walking during the shift.Volunteer must be able to pass a simple background check for this role as well.
• Market - Mon/Tue 3:45-7:15pm, Wed-Fri 10:45am-2:15pm - this role is indoors, fulfilling neighbors' food orders by placing food items into bags in the shopping cart.
