About this Opportunity
The White Bear Area Food Shelf is looking for Food Rescue Drivers for the following roles:
- Someone to use their own truck/SUV to pick up and deliver boxes of food on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (especially in need of Friday mornings)
- Others to serve as substitute Food Rescue Drivers
Morning shifts: 7:45-9:15am (Monday through Friday)
Role does involve lifting up to 40 lbs., bending, and twisting.Volunteer must be able to pass a simple background check and have a valid drivers license and car insurance.
