Budgeting and Personal Finance

Here at EP!C we have some individuals that could use some help with understanding budgeting in a way that isn't overwhelming and doesn't make them feel guilty when they treat themselves occasionally. We have seen many that feel guilty when they decided to do something like get their hair done because in the past they have been told that they should only be saving and spending on living needs.
