Mentor Needed: Children's Home Female Residential Young Adult

The Children's Homeis looking for a positive mentor for an 18-year-old female youth in our residential group home at our Youth Farm campus. This is a unique opportunity to provide guidance, encouragement, and friendship to a young woman as she navigates an important chapter in her life!

Were seeking a mentor who is:

• Compassionate and understanding.
• A great listener who is encouraging and nonjudgmental.
• Able to provide guidance on life skills, career exploration, and personal growth.
• Committed to meeting regularly to build a meaningful connection

Responsibilities of a Mentor:

• Be a consistent and reliable source of support.
• Help develop confidence and life skills.
• Offer advice on education, careers, and relationships.
• Encourage her to reach her full potential while celebrating her progress.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Willing to commit to regular mentoring sessions.
• Pass a background check, physical, and TB test.
