Program Summary:
The JCA Heyman Interages Center intergenerational programs havebrought youth and older adults together for over 35 years. The Interages Center and the JCA Kensington Club, an early-stage memory loss day program for older adults, invite youth volunteers to join Kensington Club members to participate in three intergenerational music classes.
Volunteers and older adults will create a song together using homemade instruments and incorporate movement. Come join us to make meaningful intergenerational connections and have fun!
SSL hours granted for students who attend all sessions and the Aging Awareness Training.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the students parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under the direct supervision of the nonprofit organization.
