About this Opportunity
Congaree National Park is actively recruiting qualified individuals and groups to assist with various aspects of the park's maintenance program. The following are examples of the types of activities that volunteers can assist:
- Trail Clearing (frontcountry and wilderness backcountry)
- Janitorial Work (i.e. cleaning facilities, emptying garbage, etc.)
- Carpentry*
- Electrical Work*
- Mechanical Work*
- Plumbing*
*NOTE: certain activities require the individuals to possess prior training, valid certifications and/or licensing.
