6U: Campground Host - Wolf Creek Campground

This campground has 7 sites along with a reservation group use area that has an additional 4 sites, a ball field, and pavilion. There is one small bathroom near the campground and the group use site has a large bathroom. Both bathrooms have flush toilets and sinks. The Little River is adjacent to the campground and swimming is a popular activity. The campground is often at capacity on the weekends.

The host site has full hookups. There is no cell service and the nearest full service town is Roseburg, Oregon.

Host duties include meeting and greeting the public and answering questions about the campground, area, and recreation opportunities. Clean restrooms, campsites, grills, firepits, and picnic tables. Pick up litter and restock toilet paper and fee envelopes. Monitor use levels and assist with fee compliance. Must be able to lift, bend, and walk short distances. Ability to use tools such as rakes, shovels, brooms, and power tools such as drills, leaf blowers, and weed eaters is required.
