Role Overview

The Learning Experience Designer (LxD) creates engaging, interactive learning experiences that enhance skills, knowledge retention, and overall volunteer performance. This role blends instructional design, multimedia, and AI-powered personalization to deliver innovative learning journeys that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive learning modules, videos, and digital guides
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to personalize learning experiences and optimize training content
• Gather and analyze learner feedback to refine and improve materials
• Collaborate with HR/Admin and other teams to ensure training supports strategic objectives
• Experiment with new tools and approaches to improve learning engagement and outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or multimedia training
• Strong instructional design and content development skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital learning platforms (LMS experience a plus)
• Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools (training available if new)
• Analytical and creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
