Role Overview

The AI Tools & Operations Specialist plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations while harnessing the power of AI to improve workflows and boost organizational productivity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with digital tools, and exploring how automation and AI can streamline nonprofit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational dashboards and digital tools (timecard, calendar, task management)
• Leverage AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) to support reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement
• Collaborate with HR and Administration to ensure accurate data and efficient workflows
• Identify and recommend opportunities for AI-driven solutions across departments
• Contribute to ongoing efforts in process improvement and digital transformation

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or process improvement (nonprofit experience a plus)
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools, with the ability and interest to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
