Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Associate to help modernize and streamline our operations through innovative digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging AI, automation tools, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and productivity across a growing nonprofit. By optimizing workflows and introducing smart digital practices, you’ll play a key role in helping our teams operate more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for digital optimization
• Implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and automation platforms to support operational efficiency
• Maintain and update dashboards, calendars, and task-tracking systems
• Provide training and support to team members on new tools and processes
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure digital solutions align with organizational goals

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, digital transformation, or business process improvement (nonprofit experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
