Business Development Rep

Are you tech-savvy, curious about AI, and passionate about driving social impact? Build Up SC is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support our efforts in expanding partnerships and opportunities using AI-powered insights.

In this role, you will:

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to generate leads, research partnerships, and suggest outreach strategies
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of mission-aligned organizations, schools, and community partners
• Contribute to strategy development by analyzing trends, recommending outreach targets, and identifying growth opportunities
• Assist in creating email templates, pitch decks, and outreach materials
• Track outreach efforts and results using platforms like Google Sheets, Notion, or Monday.com

Ideal Candidate:

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn how to leverage AI tools for productivity
• Curious, proactive, and organized
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys outreach or research
• Comfortable navigating tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and AI platforms
• Bonus: Interest or experience in nonprofit work, business, or marketing.
