What You’ll Do:
* Plan and lead recreational activities:
* Organize and facilitate games, sports, arts, and social events that promote community engagement and well-being.
* Engage and motivate participants:
* Encourage active participation, teamwork, and positive interactions among individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
* Ensure safety and supervision:
* Monitor activity areas to maintain a safe environment and address any hazards or behavioral issues promptly.
* Collaborate with team members:
* Work with other staff and volunteers to coordinate program delivery and share resources effectively.
* Set up and maintain equipment:
* Prepare and manage recreational materials and spaces before, during, and after activities.
* Provide guidance and support:
* Offer assistance and instruction to participants, adapting activities as needed to accommodate varying abilities.
* Record attendance and report outcomes:
* Maintain accurate records of participant involvement and provide feedback on program success and areas for improvement.
* Promote inclusive programming:
* Ensure activities are accessible and welcoming to diverse populations within the community.
This is a volunteer position, ideal for students, creatives, or anyone looking to get involved in meaningful work while sharpening their marketing skills.
