About Us

Our Safe Space is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2024 that empowers feminine energy in any form. In just 18 months, we’ve grown to 600 members strong with a vibrant calendar of free workshops and events. Our mission is to create a welcoming community where people can grow, connect, and thrive.

Why This Role Matters

Our weekly newsletter is the heartbeat of our community—keeping members connected, inspired, and informed about what’s next. With your Mailchimp skills, you’ll help us share stories, highlight events, and keep our 600+ members engaged.

What You’ll Do

• • Design & Layout: Create visually engaging newsletters that are easy to read and mobile-friendly.
  • Content Integration: Take articles, graphics, and updates we provide, then weave them into a polished, cohesive email.
  • Optimization: Use Mailchimp’s tools (segments, A/B tests, reporting) to increase open and click rates.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our team to ensure the newsletter reflects our brand and ongoing projects.

What We’re Looking For

• • Strong experience with Mailchimp (or a similar email marketing platform).
  • An eye for design, readability, and flow.
  • Comfortable with basic copy editing and formatting.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet a weekly deadline.
