Volunteer ClickUp Expert – Grant Database Setup

Powered By Love is a people-powered nonprofit dedicated to uplifting unhoused, marginalized communities, and those impacted by natural disasters. . We are currently building out our grant infrastructure to strengthen our fundraising capacity and support the growth of our programs.

The Role

We are seeking a volunteer with advanced expertise in ClickUp to help us design and set up a grant management database. This will be a short-term project, not an ongoing support role. Your work will create the foundation for how we track, manage, and scale our grant pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Review our current grant tracking needs and recommend best practices within ClickUp.
• Create a database system in ClickUp that allows us to track:
  • Grant opportunities and deadlines
  • Application status and assignments
  • Grant approvals, reporting requirements, and follow-up tasks
• Set up templates, dashboards, and automations as appropriate.
• Provide brief guidance on how to use and maintain the system moving forward.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise with ClickUp database/project management setup.
• Experience designing workflows, templates, and dashboards.
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with grants or nonprofit processes.

Commitment

• This is a short-term volunteer project, expected to take approximately 8-10 hrs over 2–4 weeks.
• Flexible scheduling, remote work.
