About this Opportunity

M4A Foundation's purpose is to accelerate regenerative impact through matching good people with good causes worldwide. We bridge the gap between those that are already doing good and need more resources to scale up and those that want to do good but don’t know where to start. We believe everybody would do good if it was easy to do so. We are innovators, always questioning the status quo. We are kind, non-judgmental, eternally curious global citizens who believe in the good of people and collaboration over competition to achieve an equal and sustainable world.

During a design thinking exercise we conducted as part of the Stanford Rebuild programme in 2020, we realized that many people started to struggle with knowing their purpose. We realized we needed to add a step in front our matching process, to help people find their purpose. We choose ikagai ( ) as our guiding framework to do this.
