About this Opportunity
- High school diploma or GED — required.
- Some college coursework — preferred.
- Provide tutoring in Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies aligned with GED curriculum.
- Offer encouragement and support to build student confidence and persistence
- Teaching or tutoring experience, especially with adult learners, strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt tutoring methods to different learning styles.
- Part-time, flexible schedule based on students needs.
- Training and curriculum resources provided.
- Reports to Program Director.
