CrowdDoing-Soft-Skill Building Lead

CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.

Primarily responsible for training volunteers in Soft Skills thru use of innovative teaching techniques & tools like case studies, audios/videos, role plays, activities/workshops, projects, evaluation methods etc. to equip volunteers.

Essential Tasks:

• Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment on training methodology.
• Design basic soft skills training programs.
• Curate content for the learning management system.
• Facilitate training programs and informational sessions.

Qualifications required:

• Good Interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and impromptu assignments with tight deadlines.
• Proven analytical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good people management and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Google Suite.
