About this Opportunity

Basic volunteer duties involved with this assignment:

Clean and inspect returned toys and other items for damage and completeness and prepare items for lending

Sort, categorize and label items for ease of use

Assist members with check out as needed

Basic volunteer qualifications involved with this assignment:

Interest/experience in early childhood education or child development; detail oriented, friendly, courteous, dependable

Who will be served by this assignment?

Young children and their families, teachers and therapists

What is the anticipated benefit of this volunteer service to those receiving the service?

Members who use the lending library of developmental toys and resources

What specific skills will the volunteer need?

Ability to lift 5 pounds. Available to volunteer a few hours on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoons.
