We are looking for an energetic, self-directed, and organized Learning Academy Manager to coordinate the creation and release to web and mobile of Human Health Project (HHP) Learning Academy Courses . The Learning Academy Manager will be tasked with coordinating the a) creation of courses with Learning Academy volunteers as well as with the CEO and course reviewers b) course set up on the web and mobile with the tech team, c) managing the promotional plans in collaboration with the marketing team d) analyzing course outcomes and metrics and sharing them with HHP team members.. You will play a pivotal role in growing the reach of our organization and connecting with thought leaders in the health literacy and patient advocacy community.

Ideal candidates for this position should be creative and web savvy. Ultimately, the outstanding Learning Academy Manager should have a firm grasp of the life cycle of an online course creation and release, be comfortable with coordinating, and understand the importance of maintaining organized records.

Learning Academy Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work with team members across HHP to determine future course topics.
  • Manage the recruitment of course creation volunteers
  • Lead biweekly team calls agreeing deliverables with team members
  • Liaise with the tech and marketing teams in relation to the release and promotion of courses
  • Analyze course outcomes surveys and metrics and create reports and share them with the team and HHP leadership with recommendations
  • Collaborate with Marketing to initiate advertising efforts.

Online Learning Academy Manager Requirements:

  • Understanding of the patient education landscape
  • Thorough understanding of video course creation coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Firm grasp of business communications etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Broad knowledge of best practices related to online courses.
