Role Overview

The Program Coordinator will play a key role in managing and supporting FYAR’s programs. The volunteer will ensure programs run smoothly, engage volunteers and partners, track progress, and contribute to the overall impact of our work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities, ensuring goals and timelines are met.
• Support the design, planning, and implementation of youth and community programs.
• Maintain communication with volunteers, staff, and partners.
• Track program outcomes, attendance, and impact metrics.
• Help with outreach and recruitment of program participants.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and updates for the team.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for program improvement.
• Collaborate with the communications team to share program stories and successes.

Qualifications

• Passion for youth empowerment and nonprofit work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in program coordination, project management, or community engagement (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, project management apps).
