Florida Youth At Risk:Achieving Readiness is a nonprofit organization empowering youth aged 12–25 through creative arts, mentorship, and workforce development. We host career days, pop-up talent showcases, and community programs that inspire and connect young people with real opportunities for growth.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and data-minded Google Ads Copywriter to help us boost our online visibility and attract more sponsors, partners, and volunteers. This volunteer will create compelling ad copy and keyword strategies that highlight FYAR’s programs and community impact.

Responsibilities:

• Write effective ad copy for Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display).
• Conduct keyword research aligned with organizational goals.
• Optimize ad headlines and descriptions to increase click-through rates.
• Collaborate with the brand strategy and marketing team to align messaging.
• Review campaign performance and recommend improvements.
