Project Outline

We are looking for a great leader to join our team; one that inspires loyalty and commitment, with experience in the capture process, and project execution process to lead technical teams.

In the Plant Walls project, Crowd Doing is developing a financial model to demonstrate the financial viability of installing plant walls in hospitals through both cost savings and human-impact benefits in the Plant Walls project, Crowd Doing is developing a financial model to demonstrate the financial viability of installing plant walls in hospitals through both cost savings and human-impact benefits

Role Summary

The Plant Walls project is expanding and needs a PMO and several project managers to manage the various threads.

Communicate effectively (written and verbal) and appropriately influence various audiences and levels of client management including risks and recommendations to project management.Plan, organize and prioritize project activities using work plans and other project management tools.

Tasks

  • Develop project roadmap
  • Report regularly on project status to the broader organization
  • Use agile and lean methods for maintaining the progress and quality of the project
  • Utilize analytical methodologies to support project recommendation outcomes.
  • Coordinate actions to complement work efficiently which includes delegating and leveraging appropriate internal and client resources.
  • Assist in preparation of client deliverables including data analyses, process flows, quality reviews, training, and presentations.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Graduate Degree in related field strongly preferred
