Title: Volunteer Grant Tracker and Research - Help Us Secure Funding to Empower Women

Description:

Do you love organization, research, and making an impact from behind the scenes? Our Safe Space, a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to connection, creativity, and empowerment, is looking for a detail-oriented volunteer to help us track and manage our growing list of grants.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain an up-to-date grant tracking spreadsheet
  • Enter application dates, deadlines, award amounts, reporting requirements, and follow-up tasks
  • Monitor reporting timelines and send reminders to the team
  • Research potential new funding opportunities using GrantStation or other tools
  • Help us keep funder acknowledgments current across our website, newsletter, and social media

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfort with spreadsheets and database info (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently but communicate well with a small, collaborative team
  • Optional: experience with grant research platforms like GrantStation , Candid, or Instrumentl

Time Commitment:

Flexible - 2-4 hours per month
