It's so easy, read their mail, take them to the grocery store, go for a walk or read a magazine or book together.

Requirements to be a great volunteer include:

·desire to help others;

·pleasant demeanor;

·good reading/speaking voice;

·average reading skills;

·organizational or planning abilities;

·good driving record;

·clear criminal history;

·two references

·access to a car with proof of insurance;

·a minimum of $50/100k liability and $5,000 of property damage coverage.

·You must be in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York or Massachusetts, there is no relocation, passport, Visa or stipend available.
