We’re looking for a Youtube Expert to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our YouTube channel, ensuring that all content complies with copyright laws and guidelines to mitigate the risk of infringement issues
• Oversee the production process for YouTube videos, ensuring that all content is original, properly licensed, or falls within fair use guidelines to avoid copyright infringement
• Optimize our YouTube channel for visibility, discoverability, and engagement, while also ensuring compliance with YouTube's community guidelines and copyright policies to maintain a positive reputation and avoid infringement penalties
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, audience demographics, and viewer behavior using YouTube analytics tools to track channel performance and identify potential infringement issues, such as content duplication or unauthorized use of copyrighted material
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our YouTube channel's subscriber base and increase video views through organic and ethical promotion initiatives that prioritize originality, creativity, and respect for intellectual property rights
• Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with influencers, creators, and brands while ensuring that all collaborations adhere to copyright laws and respect the rights of content creators and copyright holders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, YouTube algorithm updates, copyright laws, fair use principles, and best practices in content creation and distribution to proactively address infringement risks and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a YouTube Expert or similar role
• Knowledge of copyright laws, fair use principles, and intellectual property rights.
• Proficiency in video production and editing software
• Possession of strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in YouTube analytics tools
• Ability to generate innovative ideas for video content
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field preferred
