We’re looking for an Employee Relation Specialist to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Manage employee relations cases including complaints, investigations, and grievances.
• Advise leaders and employees on workplace conflicts, policies, and performance concerns.
• Conduct investigations and prepare clear documentation and reports.
• Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Identify ER trends and recommend proactive initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of employee relations or HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and investigations.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
