Role Overview

We need a pragmatic, product-focused full-stack engineer who knows generative AI systems and can deliver end-to-end features: frontend UX → backend APIs → inference & data pipelines → deployment and monitoring.

This is a volunteer role with clear upside: revenue-sharing eligibility. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated AI-Generative Full Stack Developer to help us build intelligent, scalable solutions that empower creators and dreamers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• • Design, prototype, and productionize generative AI features (prompt flows, embeddings, inference, fine-tuning where applicable).
  • Implement and maintain frontend interfaces (React/Next.js) with solid UX and accessibility fundamentals.
  • Build backend services and APIs (Node.js/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, or Go), data models, and integration with vector stores/DBs.
  • Create CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker), and lightweight monitoring/observability.
  • Optimize for latency, cost, and scalability in real usage scenarios.
  • Write tests, documentation, and handoff notes; participate in async remote collaboration.

Required skills & experience

• • 0-3+ years building full-stack web applications or equivalent demonstrated impact.
  • Strong frontend experience (React, Next.js, or similar) with attention to UX.
  • Backend experience in Node.js/TypeScript, Python (Flask/FastAPI), or Go; comfortable designing REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Practical experience integrating generative AI (LLM APIs, embeddings, or open‑source models).
  • Familiarity with vector databases, LangChain or orchestration frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and basic cloud deployments.
  • Product mindset: shipping, iteration, and measuring impact.
  • Excellent written communication for async remote work.

Nice‑to‑haves (optional)

• • Hands-on with LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or similar.
  • Experience with fine-tuning, embeddings engineering, or retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
  • Background in startups, creator platforms, or open‑source projects.
  • Cost-conscious infra experience (serverless, spot/ephemeral compute).
