This is more than just coding. As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you’ll drive the look, feel, and usability of our platform. You’ll mentor contributors, shape our tech stack, and grow into a key leadership role with revenue share and long-term rewards.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Lead the frontend development of our web platform (React, Vue, or similar)
- Design, build, and optimize user-facing features with a focus on speed and accessibility
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring ideas to life
- Review code, mentor junior devs, and guide contributors
- Make architectural decisions and set coding standards
- Work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration
