GoWithFund is a crowdfunding platform. It helps individuals, startups, and organizations raise money for their ideas and projects. Users create campaigns, attract supporters, set goals, and complete their projects using the funds raised.

What the CTO Does

The CTO at GoWithFund leads all technical and engineering parts of the company. You will build and maintain the platform, keep it safe, help it grow, and make sure it works well for users and investors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap: decide what new features to build, when, and how.
• Oversee infrastructure: servers, hosting, cloud services, performance, uptime, reliability.
• Ensure security: protect user data, payments, privacy.
• Develop features people need: campaign creation tools, dashboards for backers & creators, payment processing, sharing tools, investment and equity-crowdfunding options.
• Ensure compliance: payment laws, financial regulations, data protection.
• Lead and grow the engineering/tech team: hire, mentor, set standards.
• Collaborate with other teams: Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal.
• Monitor and improve performance: speed, stability, user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of 5 -10 years in software development or engineering leadership.
• Experience with payment systems or platforms that handle money.
• Good knowledge of security best practices.
• Experience with scaling software / handling many users or traffic spikes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Optional but helpful: experience with equity or debt crowdfunding, multi-currency / global tech, mobile or responsive interfaces.
