Microsoft Office IT Specialist

Your Service Dog Inc (nonprofit 501c3) has a vacancy for two IT Specialists who are knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.

Duties:

• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
• Provide direct support to users across the organization.
• Assist with questions or issues about hardware or Microsoft Office software.
• Assisting with network administration tasks.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Requirements:

• Previous experience or knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
