Project Manager- Agile - Medicinal Foods

We’re searching for a highly skilled project manager to contribute to the Medicinal Foods project’s launch to the market. The ideal candidate will have strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. They will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation and impact we seek is being achieved.

• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk
• Facilitate different team conversations and coordinate with each team towards the same objective
• Help guide and establish Agile best practices and help implement the proper tools
• Groom and maintain the backlog with the Leadership team
• Assists the team in achieving their sprint goals by consistently reinforcing good Scrum principles and practices, and helping the team continuously improve

• Eliminates impediments and removes blockers by working with a wide range of stakeholders until a resolution is reached, so that the team can remain focused on achieving their objectives

Skills & Competencies:

• At least one year or more year of Project management experience in a startup environment
• Entrepreneural approach to work

• Successful experience applying Agile or lean startup concepts and techniques driving projects from conception to launch
