Overview
The Fundraising Campaign Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the Kiona Foundation. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking work in pediatric cancer research, family support, and community engagement. Volunteers in this role will work closely with a passionate and committed team to advance the Foundation’s strategic priorities.
Time CommitmentExpected commitment is 7-10 hrs/week, with flexibility based on availability and project needs. This is a remote volunteer position unless otherwise specified.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute campaign timelines, budgets, and content strategies for annual giving events like Brain Cancer Awareness Month and Gold Ribbon Guild drives. 
- Manage logistics for both in-person and virtual fundraisers, including registration, platform setup (Givebutter, Eventbrite), and post-campaign follow-up. 
- Collaborate with marketing, graphic, and sponsorship teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic messaging. 
- Collect and organize stories of impact, testimonials, and photos to enhance donor engagement materials. 
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, mission-aligned, and capable of working independently in a collaborative, virtual environment.
